Suggest Treatment For Infertility

i had a miscarriage last year and after that i had a surgery of my right ovary because the was a termoid. then from the begining of this year i am trying to concive but couldn t. I have also done my folicular study but no result. please suggest me how to concive.

I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Firstly, the cause of the abortion should be known. This helps to overcome similar problem in future. Secondly, since you had a surgery for removal of the dermoid tumor, residual and the other ovary should be monitored for function. Antral follicular count and assessment of AMH along with tubal patency tests are needed. Please take the help of an infertility specialist for further management. Induction of ovulation if needed and correction of any hormone imbalance along with properly timed intercourse help a lot. Hope your query has been clarified.
