Suggest Treatment For Infertility

hi sir, i am 40years old, trying for a child since 3 years, i have tried cloimd but could not concive, as in the scan it showed iam have my endomaterial thickness is more, i have taken medicen, pf max nac, folic acid, my husband is taking benq 10 capsules, but still not conceiving, is it possible or i have to take any other treatment, will i get concive, please help

Hi welcome to HCM....

You are having increased endometrial thickness ....
So you are taking drug for that ....

Meanwhile here male factors also has to be checked like ......
-semen analysis
-blood glucose
-serum FSH , LH and testosterone
-smoking and alcohol history
-drug history like antihypertensive drug
-history of mump orchitis after puberty
-stress factors etc......

For you CBC , thyroid profile , serum prolactine also investigated ....
If still needed furtger investigation like TVS , hysteroscopy like investigation needed ....

So investigate with above list....
And try to do intercourse during ovulation time around ...For determining ovulation time you can use LH kit ....

Consult andrology clinic and discuss all these .....
