Hi I m from pakistan n came to dubai on visit for 3 months I was trying to b a pregnant but I failed to conceive now I m in periods n it s the second day n I ll b back 19th of this month please tell now what can I do or which medicine should I take to b a pregnant

If you have been trying to conceive for a year or more then you and your partner would need to be assessed to try to find out if there is a specific cause.

It can be due to female causes, male causes or a combination.

The treatment or medication used would depend on the cause of the problem conceiving. There are different causes and different medications or treatment for each cause..

For you, if there is a problem conceiving, you would need blood tests and imaging such as ultrasound.
