Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Hello Dr, May you please assist on this. It is our sixth year since I married my wife. We have been to several hospitals. The issue being hormonal imbalance to my wife. She has bn on senal medicines to balance hormones.but all in vain. Can this ova mit assist her to get pregnant?

Hello,

Infertility treatment includes the treatment of both spouses. Both the spouses should stay in the same location(they should stay together) in a regular way.

Male infertility treatment requires -
Semen Analysis/Hormone tests
Post ejaculatory Urinalysis
Treatment of any infection (UTI/STD)
Scrotal USG/ Sperm function tests
Testicular biopsy if required

Female infertility treatment -
Pelvic examination/D&C
HSG (Hysterosalpingography)
Hormonal treatment/cervical issues
Treatment of infections (PCOS/UTI/STD)
Study of the blocked tubes/Laparoscopy

Treatment will include the production & fertilization of healthy sperm & ova naturally or by IVF/IUI. No worries. Stay away from addictions if any.
