Hi i am 32 yaer old and i married 16 months ago.my weight is 90kg and lenth is 5.6inches. I married with 16 year girl. Till now she is no pragnent . After tests and consultation with gyn speicelists he told me that my superm is 82% without acrosumal cap and subnormal sperm morphology. my wife is also fit. And doctor told me go to someone skin speiclist. I dont understand why he told for skin speilist.plz help

However, the following measure will help you to improve your sperm count and sperm motility to a certain extent:
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take a high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C, D, E and Zinc
3) Take antioxidants like Almonds 5-6 every day.
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Taking CoQLC once daily taken over a period of three months may help to increase sperm count and sperm motility.
