Suggest Treatment For Infertility

Hello Dr. Jain,

Hope you are doing well.

I have recently got married. It's going to be two months this weekend. I am trying to conceive however i don't seem to get pregnant.

I understand that the first we had intercouse we did not have on the fertiles day. The second time i calculated the fertiles based on 28 days cycle.. however i ended up having menses on 34th day.

I am not sure what to do and when will be the fertile days as my cycle is not regular.. it varies form 28th to 36 days.

Your help will be much appreciated.
