Suggest Treatment For Infertility

i am 24 yr old. am trying to concive from last 2 yrs,but still am not getting pregnant. from last 2 month i used to take ovacare and oosure a my doctor said.. now from this cycle she suggest me ADOVA tablet 5 five days from 2nd day og period. my cycle is reuguler. dont have any problem reguarding my periods.. Plz tell why i am unable to concive.. thanku.

Hi ,
Thanks for writing to HCM .

Though you are having regular cycles you may be having anovulatory cycles. That is follicles grow but they regress without rupturing.

So I would suggest you to get your follicular study to know ovulation occuring or not and timing of it.
Adova helps for follicle to grow properly and mature.

If you are unable to conceive by this then you should get further investigated like tubal patency test and go for intrauterine ingestion of sperms after consulting your doctor.

With normal cycles there may be problem in all steps of fertilisation.
