Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Bumps Around The Wrist

I have a cluster of bumps going around my wrists. They don t itch or sting. They are flesh colored and get puffy and inflamed when scratched. I haven t done anything unusual (like use different products or such) but they started showing up about Friday-Saturday. It s been about 5 days since I ve first seen them.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity. You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
