Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Eyes

My body seems to have a lot of inflammation, this has created eye problems, I am now on Lotemax and Restasis, my eyes are very red, tearing, and gritty, Emory inserted tubes which I had in for 4 months, this opened my tear ducts up, however, after cataract surgery, my body has again blocked my tear ducts, is there anything else I can do to fight inflammation, a supplement?
