Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Left Testicles

Hi, I think there is something wrong in my left testicle. I just turned 15 and I'm not very far in puberty. My epidydimis is inflammed or something it feels large and coiled. But its not really attached to my testicle. Its just hanging out. My right testicle feels fine and I'm embarrassed to go to a doctor.

hi dear thanks for the query on HCM

you need to go to a doctor/surgeon/urologist for consultation

painful and enlarged epididymis suggests infection or torsion of the organ.

docotr will do clinical examination and suggest a usg scrotum and doppler of the region. need to get blood test and urine test done.
based on the report you can get treated.

till that time have plenty of fluids and cranberry juice.

thank you
