Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Swelling In The Shoulder Area

i have an inflamed back shoulder area, swollen and chronic pain. I have tried motrin, TENS unit etc i have naproxen 500 mg on hand from previous shoulder pain (bursitis) and also have flexeril 10 mg on hand. Do you think either of these will help and if yes, which do you recommend. I read warnings for each and I am cautious of taking, I am generally healthy, exercise 5-6 days per week. No other health issues. Thank you.

Hi,

Try another anti-inflammatory drug. If not recovered, you can go with opioid analgesics. If the pain is present in left arm, kindly take an ECG.
