Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In Sinus

I have been experiencing dizziness for a few months. An ENT eliminated any inner ear problems. Just got the results from an MRI which proved negative except for inflammation in the sinus . Problem is I have never had a sinus problems whatsoever ... ever. No headaches, sinus leakage, sore throat or anything. So I m a little concerned and wonder who I should consult to follow up on this.
