Suggest Treatment For Inflammation On The Hips While Suffering From Demyelinating Lesion In The Brain

My sister and I have several demyelinating lesions on the white matter of our brains. Mine are approx 1 cm each and my sister's are over 1 cm. They are scattered in many places on the brain. However, we have not been diagnosed with MS. We both have hearing and balance problems that developed accutely. My sister has a lesion on her optic nerve and experiences blindness. Now I have developed severe hip inflammation on mri. I asked my Neurologist if the hip inflammation could be related to the brain thing. He just brushed me off. However, when I read articles on Google Scholar and the regular net, there seems to be a corolation. I was C ANCA positive for five years and switched to this new insurance and their lab says the C ANCA is negative. ANA was also slightly elevated. My other neurologist said the condition could be vascular. What do you think?
