Suggest Treatment For Ingestion Of High Doses Of Paracetamol

unable to deal ith some impossible situations in my life, i a month ago, took around 8 paracetamo tablets at once, then the next day i took around 10, 14 tablets consecutively for two days after that and around 8 days ago agaieln took 14 tablets at once. now i am feeling extremely tired and a stingent pain in the left side of my tummy. how much of liver damage must i have suffered, do i need to go to a doctor immediately.

Thank you for contacting HCM with you health care concerns. You have been experiencing high amounts of pain and have taken large amounts of paracetamol. The amounts you took were high but not high enough to cause significant damage. I do recommend that you see your medical provider to help you find a reason for your pain and treat it appropriately. Self medicating like this can be dangerous.
