Suggest Treatment For Injured Big Toe

I fell going up stairs on Saturday morning. I hit my big toe and I am not sure if it is broken. It hurt really bad, and I didn't realize that it was bleeding until about 30 minutes later. I lost a lot of blood and clotted blood too. I was at my daughters dance recital, so we taped gauge around it and taped it up, as I was there all day! I have been cleaning it out with peroxide and putting neosporin on it, but now my leg is swelling. I have also been soaking it in epsum salt, too.
