Suggest Treatment For Injured Ligament In Knee Joint

ligament of my left knee is injured.there is no regular pain.But,when there is a movment in leg, a breaking sound is produced.Also, the leg isn't able to afford body wieight.

currently i am taking calcarea phosphorica. along with a knee cap on knee.i am nt taking any english medicine .

is this possible that this problem can be curred without medicine in the least possible time.
