Suggest Treatment For Injury On Left Shoulder, Ribs And Lower Back
My injury is from a fall off a bus on left side on shoulder ribs lower back. My head was in the doorway bent toward my chest and I bet my tongue, causing pain in my neck spine. Swallowing for 10 days before I could move around. Taking therpy. This happen 5 months ago, doing better but sleepiness nights from pain in shoulder.
Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that it may be due to tearing of any ligament of the shoulder joint. I suggest you do an MRI shoulder joint and back. I recommend you take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen 400 mg 2 times daily and diclofenac ointment to apply locally I suggest you consult with an orthopedic surgeon.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
