Suggest Treatment For Insect Bite

Hey, i have notice a bunch of black bugs i thought were fleas, but looks like spider, burrow under my skin which i just got rid of a month ago., which i had for 2 1/2 months. There is alot of spider looking sacs under the rv I live in, i thought i killed them all a couple weeks ago. They are so small when they bite is when you notice and it attaches to my skin. Both this time, its hard to use my hands, its very painful, more than better. I do have a wrist nodule on my left hand. I also found some yellowish jelly sacs of I dont know, Can you help

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.you have insect bite.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze or scratch the lesion.
2.maintain good hygiene.
3.apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm ointment twice daily over the area for 7 days.
4.take ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days ,if you have pain.
5.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily for 7 days,if you have itching.
