Suggest Treatment For Insomnia After Skipping Clonazepam

I forgot my clonazepam pills on a 4-day trip, so did not take any. I have been taking 1 mg of clonazepam for about 4 months. I have not been sleeping as well as I usually do, although I would not call it insomnia. What should I do? Should I take my regular dosage tonight, or a smaller dosage?

Hello,

I think you should take a normal dosage if you want to continue treatment as advised by your doctor initially. If you want to stop you can take a smaller dose for two weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
