Suggest Treatment For Insomnia And Tingling Sensation In Head, Arms And Neck

Right as I m almost asleep I experience burning and tingling in my neck and arms along with burning in my head and arms. I have been experiencing extreme insomnia. All my blood test are in normal range. I have a ct scan of my head showing no irregularities.

I think you might be in a state of severe stress and anxiety as long as all tests and scans resulted with no irregularities. I think you need a psychological support. Psychotherapy can help. Discuss with your caring doctor for best schedules for your case. Try to eat healthy, do not skip meals.
