Suggest Treatment For Insomnia Despite Taking Remeron

Hi! my name is conrad. I suffer from a severe case of insomnia. I m currently takinf 15mg of, remeron. it worked one day then it stopped working. I ve taken several over the counter as well as various prescripion medication with little or know results. I stay awake all night. what can or what do you advise?

Hello,

The dose of Remeron that you are taking is really low. For this reason, I would recommend you to increase gradually the dose up to 45 mg daily before sleep and also use lorazepam 2.5 mg before sleep for two weeks, Until the effects of the new dose of Remeron will be visible.
