Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You are a healthy male with average height and average weight and have symptoms like weakness, insomnia, increased sweating, shivering etc. There is no symptom that suggest recent fever or cold. As per my opinion such symptoms can occur due to anxiety. Anxiety may present with sudden onset sweating, shivering and also results in insomnia. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist if symptoms persist. Try to reduce the intake of caffeine, tea, chocolates for some time. Get your thyroid hormone levels checked to rule out hyperthyroidism.
Medicines like PAROXETINE or SERTRALINE etc can be used for anxiety and insomnia. These medicines are safe to use and are free of serious side effects. For severe insomnia medicines like CLONAZEPAM can be used on SOS basis for relief of symptoms. Visit a doctor for prescription.
Hope this helps you. Thanks and Take care
