Suggest Treatment For Insomnia, Extreme Fatigue, Minimum Restless Sleep And Lower Back Pain

Hi! I have been having trouble sleeping at night and I have a problem where I wake up around 3am every morning, I then go back to sleep afterward.I have been very tired lately and feel my sleep is restless. Its very odd and I experience lower back pain during the night aswell. I m not sure what this is but its very unlike me and not beneficial.

Hello,

It may be due to stress.

For further assessment you may require sleep study after physician consultation.

You may require a short course of sleeping pills after consultation.

Along with that do regular yoga and meditation.

Avoid stress.
