General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, this combination is safe and may also work well with pseudoephedrine or chlorpheniramine but it's better to use such medications with a psychiatrist review.

Smaller dosages may not be effective for u as therapeutic response tends to decrease with the usage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
