Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

HI. My name is Monique. I currently live in California.....but tragedy hit me hard here in Ocala. FL. Both my parents passed within a 3 week period. For the first time ever I am having Insomnia. I can barely drag myself out of bed, as each night robs me of sleep. I have a very Long and complicated medical history.......CVID (treatments at STANFORD) IVIG Sle SYSTEMIC, Coagulation disorder, and my most recent Brain Scan showed mod to severe Brain Atrophy with chronic Ischemic scarring. That is only about half of my adventures..but would hate to bore you. I am a 55 yr old female, whose previous life included numerous 5 14,000 peaks, heli skiing and competative Body building. (Small fry stuff) I really need quality care but that has not been my experience. But I would give my right arm to sleep again. I am a Clinical Scientist, with my Masters degree in Biochemistry. I just truly want to sleep. And yes, I have followed all the usual processes. Help. Please. Thank you for your time, Monique. Please forgive me, I do not have a credit card. I am unable to pay as I am on Medicare/and MEDICAID. I am just feeling untethered.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in absence of disease if this is lack of sleep or not having proper sleep then it could be due to some psychological problem, and it can be managed without the sedative medicines and for that, relaxation therapy, yoga, and have hot milk prior to bed these would helps a lot in bringing the natural sleep, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
