SIR, MY BROTHER STARTED WITH A 3-4 DAY SLEEP DISTURBANCE CONTINOUSLY, THERE AFTER, HE HAS BEEN COMPLAINING FOR SEVERE ANXIETY, FAST HEART RATE, PRESENTLY HE IS TAKING SLEEP MEDICINE FROM A PHYSICIAN SINCE 2-3 DAYS, BUT STILL SLEEP IS NOT VERY NORMAL. PLS TELL ME WHERE HE SHOULD SHOW HIM SELF.

I really appreciate your concern, if this the functional kind of disorders then just wait for some time during this time period give moral support have word with him if have problems or difficulty, discus the problem what ever he has, if this fails to work then you will have to see the psychiatrist hope this information helps.
