Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi, it appears to be a case of depression
as I can understand that you are haveing thought ruminating in mind, that prevents you from sleeping deep.
do you also feel unable to concentrate long into things and work.
Persistent worry going on in head?
These suggest depression, a very common problem.
I suggest a course of SSRI group of medication for at least two months will help you.
A consultation to psychiatrist is very much advisable.

Welcome for any further queries.
Regards,
Dr Pankaj Borade
