Hello Saj
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
I have some suggestion for you:
Avoid daytime nap.
Avoid heavy food, tea coffee at bed time.
Donot listen to loud music and do vigorous exercises at bed time.
Take a warm water bath before goin to sleep and have a glass of warm milk.

Sleep inducing pills are zolipdem and ativan. But these are to be taken under doctor's supervision.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
