Suggest Treatment For Intense Abdominal Pain And Towards Hips And Back

Hi. I have been having intense abdominal pain. Like under my uterus down to my hips, and even into my back. I went to the doc the other day and they found some fluid in my culdesac, and said it could be from a ruptured cyst. I also had some discharge from my rectum about two weeks ago also. I haven't had a period in about 4 years since I have an IUD. Could all of this be related? to a ruptured cyst?
