Suggest Treatment For Intense Pain In My Right Knee And Hip, Abdominal Pressure And Swelling In The Right Upper Thigh

I have intense pain in my right knee and hip that keeps me awake at night with throbbing in hip and knee. I get abdominal pressure when I bend my right knee to my chest and I feel general pressure there. My right upper thigh and knee are swollen (and I oddly have swelling in my left armpit area). NSAIDs do not help. I tried PT, but they referred my back to my medical doctor as they didn t feel it was musculoskeletal. My doctor has ruled out Cancer, and an US of my leg and abdomen were negative. I will be getting a colonoscopy at the end of the month to rule out Chrohn s disease and I have an appointment in December with Rheumatology, but the pain in my knee and hip is worsening and I can not walk very well anymore and it is difficult to make it through my work day, but I have to. I don t feel like I can wait until the end of November to get answers because the pain is intense and I am not sleeping well. Who do I go to for help?
