Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Saddiq-ul-Abidin. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
Pain during voiding is not something unheard of ,it is a very common complaint with people specially those who live in warm climates ,who drink less water and who work out more or lead a physically active life but drink less water.
More concentrated urine causes irritation of
urethra and this can cause itching and burning during voiding.
You talked about pain while pressing during voiding ,that is normal.
urethra is very delicate from inside and if you press it while making a stream there is increased pressure inside urethra which causes stretch of the area resulting in pain. I would suggest you not to squeeze your penis during voiding to protect it from damage.
This is not related to
STD , STD's usually present with some
rash or bumps on the genital are and with associated symptoms like
fever malaise etc.
Neither does this sound like a UTI because they usually have fever coming with them.
I would suggest you to drink much of water and don't panic simply drinking much water will cure it. To deal with inflammation you can use tablet
brufen twice a day nothing else will be required.
If the problem does not settle in a week I would suggest you to visit your doctor he might want to run some tests like Urine R/E to see if there is some other issue associated with the pain.
I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.Otherwise rate and close the discussion
Regrads.
