Suggest Treatment For Intense Sinus Congestion

Hello, I have intense sinus congestion, and my ears are blocked to the point where my hearing has diminished. I just finished a sinus infection, end of December, and I got through an inner ear infection just last week. I hear bubbles in my ear and I get dizzy when I chew, and the ringing, swooshing sounds are maddening. help please.

Hello,

As per query you symptoms of intense sinus congestion which is due to chronic sinusitis due to infection of upper respiratory tract.

I would suggest you to take steam twice a day to relieve congestion and apply hot compresses. You should drink glass of warm water with one spoon of honey in it . If symptoms keeps on persisting consult ENT specialist without any delay to prevent further complication like lung infection. Doctor may order CT scan, paranasal sinus x-ray , allergy test and blood test to rule out other systemic diseases. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics at least for 10 days amoxicillin and decongestant nasal sprays.
