Suggest Treatment For Inter Menstrual Bleeding

Hey I have polocystic overies but yesterday i came on my period and it is bright red like pure blood colour. I was also bleeding two weeks ago as a random period. I am on the pill but wondering if it sounds like I should be seen? As this is not how it usually is. Its usually dark red or brown In colour.
