Suggest Treatment For Intermenstrual Bleeding And Stomach Cramps

I am 45 year old female, and have two young children. I would like to have another if time permits, I have just been diagnosed with two small fibroids that have been causing intermenstral bleeding last for 6 days(longer than my normal cycle!) periods have always been regular. I have also had occasional stomach cramps, what treatment will be offered to me? Thank you
