Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Cough, Fatigue, Pityriasis Rosea And Pins And Needles In My Arms And Legs

In the last 3 months I have had a couch, that comes and goes. At times I felt fatigue and had a rash. Doctors diagnosed pityriasis rosea. Said was getting over a viral infection. Now cough is back worse than ever, and I been getting pins and needles in my arms and legs.
