General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the reason for intermittent excessive vaginal bleeding:
1. High level of stress
5. Drugs: Birth control pills, tyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine
6. Thyroid problem
7. Hormonal imbalance
8. PCOS
9. Endometriosis: as in your case.
10. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding
11. Perimenopausal state
12. Fibroid and adenomyosiss.

Also note that
Menstruation required co ordinate action of various hormone that secreted by ovary (estrogen and progesterone) and brain (FSH and LH).
If any above hormone is decreased or increased there is imbalance in menstruation.
So please do full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance.
Also do Follicle study, endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy.

Take more frequent meal rather than large meal
Relaxation exercise and musical therapy
Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet
Avoid excessive tea and caffeine
Maintain hygiene Wash your vagina with warm salt water 4-5 times in a day
Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)

Consult the gynecologist and go for treatment

Hope this may help you
All the best.
Stay healthy.
