Since your dad is having intermittent fever after chemotherapy i suggest u do blood and urine culture test.
He can take tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily after food for 7 days and T.Levofloxacin 500 mg once daily after food for 5 days.
If any infection is found in blood and urine culture then it has to be managed with appropriate antibiotics according to the culture sensitivity report.
