Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Headaches And Pain In The Hand

Hi I ve just returned from hospital with blood pressure 104/190. I need to return to hospital this morning to get fluid taken out of my knee and xrays. I have headaches on and off and pain in my left hand on and off. Can you tell me if this blood pressure is okay. Many thanks

Hi,

Yes....this blood pressure is quite okay but you can have a cup of strong coffee or added salt lemonade for a feeling of well being.
Take NSAID like Advil for pain (post meals).
