Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Leg Pain That Worsens On Exercise

I think I may have injured my MCL back in early November after trying to sprint in the rain, losing my balance and trying hard to keep from falling which torqued my left leg. Pain and limping, a little swelling afterward. Its been almost 4 months now and I still have intermittent pain in a band that runs down the inside of my left leg, worse after exercising on the treadmill, especially with incline. When I sit for a while and go to move, I have pain and limping. I m thinking of trying the suggesting of nsaid, rest, ice, compression but wonder how much/often for the advil and what kind of compression. Or even if this is the way to go.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile one, and much vulnerable to injury, if the meniscus being suspected for the injury then better to get done the MRI test to rule out this without this nothing could be said for sure else for the pain NSAID can be tried and best drug would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
