Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Pain In The Chest

40 nights ago while I was sleeping I rolled over and felt severe pain in the middle of my chest, felt like something tore. It was really sore for a few days then got better. The pain keeps coming back and it is in the middle of my chest (more to the right side) but don t feel anymore tearing, just pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it is mild and sometimes it is more intense. I am a active 28 year old female with no prior health issues.
