My Husband has severe outburst and then they go away after 5-10 minutes. He is very loud, has heart palpitation or pain when it happens. He is never verbally violet with people but will throw things, hit walls ect... Never physically hurts anyone. he is on Prozac but he said it makes him feel worse...he has been on med for 2 years. I really do not see a much different with meds or not.
