Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Throbbing Pain, Pins And Needles Or Sharp Pain In The Shoulder And Arm

Hi I have had a bypass recently and experience very painful should and arm pain, pins and needles, sharp, throbbing pain at times shoots from the wrist to the shoulder. Currently on pain medication and hot/cold pack, night time is worse, unable to sleep.
