Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Fatigue, Cold Sweats And Right-sided Tenderness In The Upper Abdomen

My husband has been having diarrhea,vomiting off and on for a week. Feels fatigue cold sweat just not himself. Has had some blood in stool. Tender on right upper abdomen. CT came back negative for appendicitis. showed tinny gallstones. 1.9cm cyst on liver. He still doesn t feel good and all test show nothing. CBC was noraml as well
