Suggest Treatment For Internal Bleeding

I hit the vein right near my ankle bone on aug 22 on my bike hub (ie sharp metal point). It was immediately hugely swollen, blackening and painful. Clearly bleeding internally. Ice no help to swelling or pain. Tennis ball sized blood pool area below ankle for about a week. Has never stopped hurting, though swelling of vein reduced to a single round (pencil erasersized) lump that is hard. It is very delicate and slightest pressure reactivates it. Tonight knocked it slightly with cupboard door (glancing it while opening cupboard, would never normally hurt) and it feels like it's starting over. Is there anything I should be doing to help it?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*It`s hematoma formation following subcutaneous bleeding.
*As its occuring on previous hematoma site , will not recover in that normal
pattern.
- ice will give temporary soothing effect
- in our clinic , according to clinical severity of the hematoma , we
recommend to take Penicillin group of antibiotics along with anti-
inflammatory agents for better & faster resolution of it for minimum 3-5
days with regular assessment in follow up till complete recovery.
- elevation of the affected limb over 2-3 pillows help
