Suggest Treatment For Internal Fever, Headache, And Hand Tremors From Weakness When Testing Positive For Typhoid

Good morning sir I m detected typhoid positive typhi o 1:80 & typhi H 1:80 doctor As per Dr advise Doctor told take 1. Azithromycin 3 times & 2.Aceclo para 3.pantab 40 I m taking cefixime 200 only as per other Dr advise But I have internel fever & headache & Hand shaking bcz for weakness What is good for me Azithromycin or cefexime & shall I add dolo 650 along with it kindly plz guide me ,thank you

Hello,

As you are already taking Aceclo Para, so there is no need to take extra dosage of para. Hand tremors is mainly due to loss of water from your body. Therefore, kindly take more water with electrolytes, such as ORS powder, and take Bifilac for 5 days which will increase the probiotic in your body's abdomen. Continue the same medications along with ORS and Bifilac.
