Suggest Treatment For Internal Menstrual Bleeding

im 23 yrs old female suffering with inter menstrual bleeding post i pill consumption in around june. menses occurred after the pill fr 4 days (the date did not correspond with normal date fr my menses),after which i missed a period,urine pregnancy test negative. and then had menses on 3rd aug which is the usual date,the bleeding was comparitively less,no dysmenorrhoea. again bleeding started on 19th aug which is still continuing.h/o similar episode in past 6 months back with i pill.i was prescribed tranexemic acid which helped.what cn i do this time?
