Suggest Treatment For Internal Vaginal And External Genital Burns After Violent Sexual Encounter

My friend recently went through an incredibly violent and traumatic sexual encounter. She was essentially raped with an electric device (potentially a taser) that left her with many internal vaginal burns. She also has some external genital burns. I am a nursing student, and obviously know that this needs serious professional attention, not just physical but also mental and emotional and legal - so that it not what I am asking. However, my question is that if she she is staunchly about treating this herself, what would be the best course of action or way for her to treat this?
