Suggest Treatment For Intervertebral Reduced Disc Space And Degeneration At C4-C6

Hello DR. Good Morning. I have neck pain and currently the Xray of Cervical spine AP & LAteral views says the following



C4-c5,c5-c6 intervertebral disc space reduced

degenerative changes in C4-C6 level



The report suggests MRI C spine ....Is that good to be done... and the degeneratie changes is a significant issue ....please let me know and help me
