Suggest Treatment For Intra Uterine Fibroids

hello im 5 weeks 6 days pregnant as per my us scan had on 14.09.14. my age is 31. unfortunately i was informed that i have subsesrosal fibroid intra uterus fibroid of 2.7 x 3.00 cms and 1.2 x 1.6 cm respectively. also without knowing my pregnancy i had my master health check up which included an chest x ray done on 05.09.14. and since five days im having red color blood spot discharge when i try to pass stool and later occasionally light brown discharge. my dr advised me to take fertigyn 5000 iu intra muscular yesterday and had one yest . but still i had blood spot even today while passing stool. and some light brown discharge after an hour passing stool. kindly advise me
