hiii I am a male 23 years old. from last 30 days i have some sex related problems.. actly whenever i just think about sex my penis flowing lubricant like anything, at time of urine also my penis flowing lubricant and its pains also..can u plzz suggest me wat i supposed 2 do...?

NSU (Non-Specific-Urethritis)with mucoid discharge.
This is mostly from the Past STD which was not completely treated by You.
Treatment-Plan-
Consult Urologist.Get Urine culture and Urinalysis.
Treat infection completely till Urine culture report comes normal.
Tab Bentyl,
Tab-Tamsulosin-for free painless urine flow.
Ceftriaxone is the drug of Choice for gram negative bacteria.
Plenty of fluids regularly.
Good Diet.
Abstinence of Sex till complete cure.
This Would go a long way for better happy life for you.
